Memandangkan kasut Mizuno Wave aku yg lama dah berusia 2 thn lebih, tapaknya pon dah haus & makan tepi, aku decided nak tukar kasut lari plak. Survey punya survey, akhirnya aku end-up ngan kasut Brooks Glycerin 6.

Beli ngan harga RM244 kat Jusco 1 Utama. Bleh laaa.. Tu yg the most affordable one, with high-end specs. Semalam aku try lari ngan kasut ni kat tpt training biasa aku, Kepong Metropolitan Park. So far so good. Cuma aku nak kene adapt dulu ngan kasut tu, proses yg biasa dilalui selepas beli kasut running baru.

This is the video showing the route for 42.195km in the upcoming SC KL Marathon which i will be taking part. The route seems ok to me. As you can see, most flyovers will not be used. Will use the lower road instead. So, can save energy there.

Dah berapa lama aku tak update blog aku ni… Sori kengkawang. Aku teramat ler bz lately ni. Bz ngan keje opis, ambik gambar sana sini, buat programming utk website, buat design pon aku, pendek kata selagi tak tutup mata, keroje.. kerojeee… kerojeeee. Kekadang tu buat2 bz pon ada jugak. Kang org kata aku takde keje plak.

Byk event yg berlaku lately. Larian Bomba, Larian New Balance 15km etc..  Aku nak updatekan kat sini tak sempat. So, nnti aku sempat aku update lah.

Maaf ler kawan2 yg masuk sini tengok takde update dr aku. OK, harap2 bersabar..

Sementara tu, aku nak share ngan korang satu gambar yg aku snap ngan camera phone aku semasa nak pegi training swimming di Selayang. Agak pelik gambarnya. Aku tak pernah tgk. Sama2 kita pikirkan apa maksud gambar ni. Kalu korang tau, sila tinggalkan komen dibawah…

Hulla… Just want to give some updates.

I’ve succesfully registered for the Port Dickson Int. Triathlon 2009 (11-12 July 2009). This time they use 2 new payment methods, Credit Card online & bank-in. To make things easy, i opted for the Credit card payment. Fast & easy. Nice job Triathlonmalaysia.com!

Now, i’m still considering wether to register for Desaru Tri or not. The big Desaru waves still haunting me. There’s also Putrajaya 70.3 Half-Ironman coming too. Very tempting!!! Bro Zulhassan said, the cost for going to Desaru Tri compared to the fees for Putrajaya 70.3 Half-Ironman not far difference.

Hmmm… Still thinking.
